Returns

Returns Policy

If a product is not quite what you were looking for or if an item is faulty, you can send it back to us and request an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price by following our simple returns process below:

· Get in touch with us within 14-days from the date of delivery of your order by emailing hello@beanienandmo.co.uk

​

· A member of our Customer Care team will respond to you within 48-hours. You will receive your Returns email, with instructions for your return and the returns address.

​

· Please note that for Bundle Purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.

​

· In order to receive a full refund, you must ensure that all returned products include all accessories and are unused, undamaged, and whenever possible, packaged in the original box. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a returned product does not comply with the terms of this policy.

​

· Please package your products securely and also include your order slip in the box. Return your package to us at the returns address provided by our Customer Care team within 14-days, · We advise that you use ROYAL MAIL to return your products and take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product(s) to us.

· Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our products will be stain-proof for all food any of our silicone products come into contact with and will not be able to provide refund or exchange on any stained products.

· Natural wear & tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.

​

· Any items that are not returned as per the above guidelines we won't be able to refund your product.

​

· All goods are inspected on return. Where returned goods are in satisfactory condition, we shall issue a full refund of the purchase price paid within 14-days of receipt of your return.

​

· Where you have requested an exchange, we shall send you a dispatch email once your new product has been shipped. If the replacement item you have selected is out of stock, we shall notify you and issue a full refund of the returned items within 14-days of this email notification.
